Beta software

PatchPilot is private-beta software. It autonomously edits code, runs commands in a sandboxed environment, and can open pull requests on repositories you connect. You are responsible for reviewing any pull request before merging it -- PatchPilot does not guarantee correctness.

Your responsibilities

• Only connect repositories you have the right to grant PatchPilot access to.
• Review generated pull requests before merging; PatchPilot's output is not a substitute for code review.
• Keep any API keys and credentials you provide (GitHub, OpenAI, Anthropic, Stripe) confidential.

Third-party services

PatchPilot relies on third-party services -- GitHub, an LLM provider (OpenAI or Anthropic), and, if billing is enabled, Stripe -- to function. Your use of PatchPilot is also subject to those providers' own terms.

No warranty

PatchPilot is provided during a private beta on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Changes

These terms may change as the product changes during the beta. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
